As I reflect on my leadership journey, I was blessed with a mentor who guided me in my first supervisory role. However, climbing the career ladder revealed a gap—fewer mentorship opportunities. Fueled by the moments I wished for guidance, I now aim to pay it forward, drawing from over 20 years of leadership growth. I’ve undergone various leadership transformations, from people-pleasing and perfectionism to realizing the limits of kindness in workplace dynamics.

Through these experiences, I’ve reached a balanced, calm state of leadership. It centers on understanding people, self-awareness, and a harmony between leading, team development, and personal growth, all anchored in compassion with healthy boundaries. This transformation not only deepened my understanding of workplace dynamics but also defined my purpose.
